Sorry didn't want to hijack the "HOT" thread. I woke up in the middle of the night Monday with chest pain and could hardly breathe. I just figured it was my regular medical prob. Went back to sleep couple hours later I was rushed to hospital with a collapsed lung. Here it is Wednesday and it hasn't healed up yet. Doc is thinking if it doesn't close up by Friday there going to do some surgery. In the best case I'll be out in a couple of days, worst case couple weeks.....You guys are my family away from my family, Just having you guys here to lurke laugh and get frustrated with is helping me a ton........DPC is much more than a contest or photo site.....It's time I finally said "THANK YOU".....ACE

Did you take your camera with you? :-)

Sorry - Probably hurts to laugh doesn't it? :-/

Get some rest, heal up soon, and let us know when you're back.

Haha, good one. :-)
Mr. Flyman, I hope the pain is more manageable now that you're being looked after in the hospital. Feel better soon!

Little update; got out of the hospital yesterday. Still leaking, but the lung is staying up. Doc is hoping it will heal up by Wednesday or so. Hey Mick, still alive and kicking, too funny. Thanks my friends.

It's great that you're out of the hospital Joe. Man I hate those places!

I hope you're going to be ready for a GTG some time this summer. We should start planning something. I've been stuck at a computer for way too long.

Get well soon my friend!

This is one thread I don't mind killing.....My x-rays were good today and the Doc took out the tubes. No surgery! Pretty sore, but feeling awesome....Thanks for the pm's and support. I go get one more x-ray tomorrow to make sure the lung is 100%. There's no better people than the folks here at DPC. God Bless and THANK YOU!!!
(Mick, I'll be ready for a get together in a week or so. Lets see what we can do before summer ends)

Has summer actually started? I was chilly all day today. I was beginning to think summer was a week or two ago. Around here you have to pay attention or you'll miss it. :D

I'm glad you're doing better. Think of a place to go and we'll go do it. I don't care where we go as long as it's not in front of a computer. I'll shoot anything if it gets me outdoors.

Send me a PM.
