I am sorry to be so thick but what is motion Blur?
Can I achieve that with my camera Finepix2600Z?
I am thinking it may be like, if someone is running or on a bike they have to be in focus and the background is blurred

Maybe not the best picture but I think it is a good example of motion blur. I took this at a PBR event in Arizona.
