I'm making me some cards this morning and I am looking for something easy yet attractive. So I need some ideas...

Can I see your business card?

anyone?

here's mine :0)

front

& back-

I like the simplicity of the back and I leave it without a UV coating on it so I can write things on it if I need to :0)

Looks really good though.

Hehe yeh I wouldn't print it myself - I'd just end up with a load of soggy card! I got them printed at Vistaprint.

Yeah I've had Vistaprint print other business cards before. They do some awesome work.

Well guys thanks for the ideas and great cards, these are the business cards I came up with...
I will be using both of them.

What do you think?

Thanks so much :0) Yep, I do a lot of weddings but I probably do more portraits. The thing is that I absolutely love weddings and I generally make more money on them so that is what I show- the stuff I want to do more of!

I like this one better but I gotta say I don't like the text running into his face. Maybe you can do something about it without reducing the size of your text? Maybe put your contact info on back instead?

I think I prefer the other one. The one mentioned already I think has too many different font sizes and seems a bit cluttered. Also the "Photography" seems squashed to me - I think people will recognise the font and know/assume it isn't normally that shape. Also I don't think it's entirely necessary to have an email address on there as well as a website? But I could be wrong on that one. I just wouldn't email someone without looking at their website first if I knew their URL, and the website should have a visible "email me" link on it anyway :)

Here is mine, I left the back blank.

Card 1

I like this one better. I also agree about the text overlapping the face. One other thing is the number of fonts. If I remember correctly, 2 fonts max for most graphic design layouts is plenty, especially business cards. You've got a great start and most of the comments are easy fixes. Please post the final when finished.
