Check out this example of the Canon EOS 40D's Auto-Focus Tracking. It is very impressive!
Also, check out the continuous shooting sounds as shot (and compared side-by-side) with both the 40D and the Rebel XTi.

How dare you!!! Just when I had convinced myslef that I could wait a bit before getting the 40D, now I'm lusting so badly for it that it's all I can do to keep from ordering it RIGHT NOW!

Mine's supposed to be delivered FRIDAY! Can't wait! (ordered it over a month ago, but ordered the Body Only, so had to wait).
