Found out yesterday how hard it is to take a nice fireworks picture! This one came out nicely, though:

Tripod, 8 seconds. It's from 2002, before I straightened horizons and stuff.
Didn't take shots last night, because I was unable to hold the camera steady, even with a tripod. :)

I have a quite a few fireworks photos at //www.hep.man.ac.uk/u/christina/4thJuly.html They were my first try at photographing fireworks - it was great fun =;-)
(The weather was really bad here last night so I didn't venture out to take any shots.)

I planned this but got my husband to press the shutter. I did a love heart one too which came out really well but not online yet.

I screwed up, thought I had forgotten the remote but found it on my way home so I had to mix the good part of the pictures together and came up with this. It's made of about 10 pictures. |
