Been yonks since I posted here - made this today, not sure if it is DPC legal though - rather a lot of spot editing :D

Just a normal image stretched at the back, eyes and mouth stretched again seperatly and then blended back in together. That's in a nutshell anyway.
Will try to refind the source on the internet.
