Warning: Spoilers!

For those of you who have read the book and are banging your heads against the wall wondering why in the name of Quidditch did Rowling end the book the way she did, here is a very very interesting website that gives new hope :D

//www.dumbledoreisnotdead.com

After reading this site, I cannot wait to read the seventh book!!

Thanks for that link - very interesting!

I must admit to have being suspicious about the ending - it just didn't feel right - too cliched to be true!

I haven't read it yet, but I bought it for my son who is 10. He is halfway through it--I will pass on the news when he is finished.

Quoting a famous doctor ".......... is dead Jim."

Another quote by the same doctor, "I'm a doctor, not a fortune teller!" Who knows what the next book holds....

well Dumbledore had to make way so Harry could become a grown-up in the last book and play the lone hero who conquers evil - having said that , I did not like the way he died at all , and Harry's grandiose way of giving up his love life - well , another clichee idea - she could have become Trinity instead ...

Just FYI: I've added a spoiler warning to the thread title so that people don't accidently see the URL, since it's in a bolder colour to the rest of the text and draws the eye, and is itself a spoiler.

I have read the book, but not this thread. I am just wondering why everyone is so curious about it. I too think that it was a strange ending and feel there is more to it then we were let to know. But I also thing there is a reson why we are left in the relative darkness.
Don'y you guys want to just read the next book unspoiled by many different interpertations as to what is going on?
