Actually, it looks like a lot more people have been in my Portfolio than I thought! I'm scrolling through the "Comments Received" list to find out if I've missed any comments & it turns out that I've missed about 100 of them. OMG! It turns out that post-challenge commenting is busier than I thought.

I got caught up reading all the comments (I must be procrastinating something, like folding the laundry). I'm astonished & humbled & grateful for the wonderful comments people have left for me. Thank you so much!

I had the strange experience of looking at a comp or two or few that's clearly mine & yet I have no memory of it at all. Weird.

Lydia left me a comment long ago in a best of challenge that went something like this -- "Really? this is your favorite, out of the whole year? Please explain, I don't get it." I LOLd, Lydia I would have replied, but I guess I didn't see your comment. I have no idea why I picked it that one, it's too late now.

So, my point is maybe you might enjoy going through the comments on your images as much as I did. Why not try it? Pour yourself a nice glass or cup of something & take a moment to appreciate the wonderfulness of the great folks at DPC.

What a wonderful detection!
I read a story written by Robert Fulghum, who put all his Christmas cards aside to cherish them later after all that season's hustle and bustle is over. Then he forgot about it and when he found the cards again in July he was reading all the heartwarming and snowy christmas messages while his feet were hanging into the swimming pool. Must have been a similar experience...

Except you won't get an email for a comment on a picture currently in the voting stage.
