Just for fun, how about if everyone adds their prediction for there own score in the photo details... not only would it be fun to go back and see how many people came close to guessing their own score, it might give some insight into why we see some of the photos we do...

me, too. Sadly I'm afraid one might not make it to five this week. I'm upgrading cameras to a Sony 707, maybe that'l help me next week!!

I didn't see this until after the deadline, but maybe I'll try next week.
If we really want to be honest we should put in both what score we predict the DPC community will render, but what we ourselves would vote on it -- either what you'd vote on it if you came across it anonymously, what you think it deserves, or both...it would be quite an exercise in objectivity.
Hmmm...I guess I can enter my predictions here:
Perspective:
DPC = 5.4 • My Vote = 7 or 8 • My Mom's Vote = 10 (she's not a member, but has seen the photo)
Where's Waldo:
DPC = 4.4 • MyVote = 5 or 6 |

Sounds like a great idea and congrates on the camarea kandyi, When i got mine my pics stated turning out better qualitie right after i really started to learn hou to use it. I recomend a course in short books for the 707, its like 20 bucks on the web site with the same name. Kevin

Not bad general... not too far off of either... here's mine
perspective: Predicted: 5.25 Actual: 5.019
waldo: Predicted: 4.85 Actual: 4.321
now for this weeks forcast: Rhthym: 6.50 Yellow: 5.825
how about everyone elses self predictions? there's still plenty of votes left to sway the results thus far

Now that's some predicting. Sure would be nice if this week's are so close too!
Mine are at 5 for Rhythm and 4.4 or so for Yellow, and I don't expect them to move more than 0.3. |
