That's in Taiwan.
There are many clubs for toppers. The best ones are just amazing.
Every Weekend we can see them outside practicing and showing of. The most impressive are the giant tops.

Well, I certainly can't do that. It seems like anyone that dedicates enough time (years and years, obviously) to this would be able to do it. I wasn't really wowed until the guy curved one around and dropped it behind another spinner.
