So happy to hear this story. Police doing the RIGHT thing, instead of protecting cops at all costs.

I think the biggest change is that the "vast majority of good cops" no longer feel bullied by the "few bad apples" or intimidated by the need for the department to maintain a posture of perfect and unquestioned loyalty, and are coming forward to testify about bad behavior.

We'll really know the tide has turned when some backup unit arrives on a scene like this and they arrest the officer abusing a suspect ...
