I know it's early and there's a whole lot of voting to come, but so far I've got two scores over 6.0 going this week!! I've never considered a 6 out of 10 to be anything special, but I've found that it's hard to achieve here! When I'm over 6, I know I've done a good job on the challenge! Thanks for everyone's votes so far!!

I'm not sure I care to be quite that "Refreshed'!!
Nice shots last week, Spiderman!! It's good that the milk covered your eyes. Your true identity might have been discovered otherwise since you're not wearing your Spidey-suit! LOL
I got a 4.7 last week, so I'm happy to be doing well this week!

Actually, Spiderman, you've had four in a row over 6! Good job...

Thanks Justine. You are right, there are tough voters here!

i wonder why good on this site is 6/10, average is 4/10 and 2/10 is bad...

because since it's an average, and because tastes vary so widely, even if you get ten 10's, you might have also gotten 10 4's.

For example, my shot this week got 35 10's, but my final score was only 7.5.

How can you get to know your actual results before final results are published?

Thanks

You can know your current scores by going to "my home" then looking at your entry listings on the upper left column. Usually by this time in the week, they're not going to vary a great deal. ;( for me right now being under 5 on both entries.

Thanks. How can there be less votes than submissions??? Isn't it strange to enter and then not vote?? Just a thought!

I agree that it takes time but when you expect others to vote on yours you should also participate... my 2 cents.

during the week, many people are too busy with the "work that pays the bills" to devote time to the "work that elevates (or not) my score"

watch the vote counts over the week-end - you should see a marked increase

on a personal note, i usually see that the last minute voters tend to vote higher - lending to a slight increase in score value --- however, YMMV
