Hey, just saying hello. My name is Juha and have a family business pumping concrete. I also have a small camera rental firm as a hobby, doing it in my spare time.
I found this site through google by searching something of this kind, I found more :) Participated in a couple of challenges to see if this was something for me or a flyby. I've had a great time taking shots for the challenges and will continue.
I'm not taking it too seriously, just having fun taking good pictures and learning in the process of doing it. Even a failure is a success if enjoyed trying. |

I promise that having this attitude will let you have a lot more fun here ... remember that you can really only "learn" from your "mistakes" by figuring out how to do it differently the next time.
If you haven't looked yet, there are many tutorials and "how I did that" articles under the Learn menu, all of them written by members here.
One of these days I'll have to ask about that concrete pumping ... :-) |

one really should not go around looking at other peoples profiles front-page highest rated images (drooling)... At least I know where to ask, when I'm uncertain at anything photography related. :) |
