My family fosters dogs for SICSA.ORG until they can find a forever home. Here is our latest litter of foster pups. They are currently about 7 weeks old and should be ready for adoption in a week or so.

From left to right
Gracie - Molly - Dudley - Duke.

These pups were left in a shopping cart at 2 weeks old without their mother. The county "Animal Rescue Center" can't keep pups so they gave SISCA.org a half hour to find them a foster home. We had to bottle feed them for about 2-3 weeks. They are really a fun bunch to have.

I had to shoot each puppy separately and add the images as a composite. How njsabs got all five puppies looking in the same direction for her Free Study entry I'll never know.

Edit: I can't figure out how to get a Photobucket thumbnail link since they "upgraded" their site but for some reason, this site took the larger image. I just found the thumbnail link. Who would have thought that I would have to log into photobucket before I could access the link?

Not really sure since we don't have access to the mother or father. Their legs are on the shorter side and their bodies look long. Maybe a terrier mix with beagle, dachshund, and or pug.

I would soooooo love to foster animals. The problem is: I'd never be able to give them up!!!

They're adorable. :)

What adorable puppies! Fancy just abandoning them. I'm sure they'll all end up in loving homes.

Just got the email this afternoon asking us to bring them in for their last round of shots and to spay/neuter them. They could be up for adoption by this weekend. They won't last long.

A couple of less formal shots

I'm a failed foster for that very reason ;-) I can go to the shelter and take pictures, but once someone gets into my house, they stay.

Kudos to you and your family, atupdate, for taking on all the work involved in raising these cuties. You did good!

We're failed fosters also. The first dog we fostered was treated for heart worms and needed a quiet place to stay for a month. He was such a mellow dog that we couldn't give him back.

This is Moe our first foster.
