Trouble is the challenge description doesn't reference the song. Might lead to a lot of DNMC voting.

Do you think the road has to be in the photo?

It sounds like a theme of outdoor exploration and discovery more than anything. Whether a physical road appears in the photo or not, I care not. But I'm one voter.

Is it DNMC if you don't use a very long telephoto lens?

I think this will be a fun one.

I think this will be a nice challenge leaving room for many interpretations. In my opinion, thinking about subjects not appropriate might be a good place to start. Places or stages in life yet to come might work well.

So it has to be further on up the road? Further on down the road would be a DNMC?

Could be a fun challenge.
I looked at the song lyrics and actually found some inspiring ideas.
But can *I* apply them and make them look awesome? That'll be a no. haha

Nah... it's my form of motivation, for myself.
The more I say I "can't" do something, the more I want to prove to myself I can. :)
