Does anyone own a flip video camera? If so, what do you use it for?

I picked one up a couple days ago. The video is jumpy because there is no image stabilization, but I came up with a use for it. I'm exclusively shooting black and white film now and I carry my flip video ultrahd along on my shoots. For every shot or every sequence of shots, I also shoot a video and I indicate the exposure details, time of day, and video of the actual subject. You can't really get high-quality video with a Flip, but I think using the Flip for this purpose will prove invaluable to improving my photography and at least give me a valuable record of my exposures.
