i think the russians intercepted it.

and it's about a photo by DrAchoo, that he didn't even know about. man who needs TV for drama... ?

Well, the suspense is killing me. I actually got a PM from  Lentil a few days ago saying she saw Laine's picture with the paint on her nose hanging in a daycare center near her in Australia. Could this be the same thing? |

I think Jason was young and impressionable back then. He was a poor medical student and he needed the money. So, whatever photo you have of his, he didn't mean to pose like that! :-D

It will be interesting if it ever turns up as I sent it last night our time
Last night as I was driving past a local childcare centre I noticed that they had a new sandwich board advertising their centre. As I drove past the centre itself it had a new sign and I immediately recognised the image they used on the board. I stopped and took a photo using my iphone to compare it when I got home.
It turns out it is a copy of the photo DrAchoo has on his front page. The one of his daughter with the paint on her face. I was not wanting to jump to conclusions before I confirmed if they had in fact asked permission to use the photo before I put it one this forum. My guess is that they haven't because it is very pixellated when viewed up close. |

Wow. I just ran that image thru tineye.com and it came back with a bunch of hits.

I'm going to be contacting the center, but I'm not sure the best tack to use to actually get any compensation as I am thousands of miles away.

| Note that the childcare center quite possibly hired a designer to create the sign, and may have no knowledge themselves that the photo was not acquired legitimately. |
