Several months ago I did a shoot (for free) for a local startup entertainment magazine. The shoot was of an up and coming comedian named Donte Barrett. Photos from that shoot can be found here.

So, Donte has emailed me about doing a shoot for some calendar that needs to be done in the next week or two. I am not available until November, so he has asked if I can put him in touch with any other photogs that might be available to do this. I have no details to provide about the shoot, who it is for, compensation, etc.

If there is anyone in Southern California who might be interested in looking into this further, PM me and I will get you contact information for him.
