i'm not interested in photographing anything other than insects for macro, so i hope you guys dont mind if i use photographs i have been meaning to process but just havent had the opportunity or the motivation to do before this side ..
this was taken in january in the height of summer after some rain .. :)

Keep em coming Roz. I will never ever get tired of looking at bugs in a strange world or pose or light. I'm always amazed by these little critters and hope to always be interested in them for a long time to come.

Heck Roz there are lots of things here to shoot and I bypass them just to find the bugs! In fact I'm trying to avoid a flower shot and try not to duplicate a bug the whole month. Its my own personal little challenge. Although I have done a fly more then once already. :(

i saw this ant when i was walking on the firetrail this morning .. i would'v walked right past and not bothered taking his pic then i remembered MattO's comment about challenging himself to get different insects this month .. so i stopped and took a few pics .. he was a nice ant coz he he let me take his pic without moving .. :)

Not a whole lot here moving in December, but I'm always up for some macro photography. Sounds good to me.
