I had alot of fun with the snapshot challenge in August. Anyone interested in a side challenge for Macro? I bought a macro lens and haven't played with it much and need a bit of motivation to do so again. Anyone want too? I know it is already september but folks can join in a day or so late. No rules, post one or more a day(just keep it reasonable) or post every few days. Comment on others as you have time but please do remember to comment. So anyone game? Post here and I'll start a thread for images if there is enough interest.

Matt

Hey Matt - I need a reason to get me back into photography (I have been neglecting my camera for a month or two now!) - and I also need a reason to use my Macro Lense which I haven't paid enough attention to since I bought it. So I am in! I will post some photos as soon as I get a chance (may be a few days, but I promise I will start!)

:o) One or more a day might be much... but I can probably do one every few days (or once a week).

Tammster I just fixed that, as I forgot to add some words so it didn't seem like you had to post everyday, I'm sure I won't with my schedule. LOL Amanda I certainly won't post too many this month, start when you are ready.

Anyone and everyone can join. Surely there are more macro lovers out there then three of us huh?

I'd like to join, Matt. Even with my busy September work schedule I think I can squeeze in a few macros, not like I have to go far!

Macros are easy since there is so much little stuff everywhere. Count me in. :D

Same here. I'm in a macro mood lately so count me in, until my membership expires in about a month.

Well Matt, I would like to stick my nose in here and have a go, but I can't promise anything regular as I only have weekends, unless I give up work!!

That's a great idea, I will give it a go:))

Are we talking real macros or just close ups? There is a difference ya know. ;/

From Wiki:

The classical definition is that the image projected on the "film plane" (i.e., film or a digital sensor) is close to the same size as the subject.

Anyways, in my case I will be posting 1:1 macros or very close to that.

Have fun peeps. :D

The thing is---I'm just off the waterdrop side-challenge which is a macro challenge. Oh yes, is it ever macro.
I'd love to join this September side-challenge, but it's entirely likely water would play a
part, oh, say a large part, of my participation. Okay?

One bump for those that may not have seen this yesterday. You can still join, image thread is separate from this one.
