I have used Noise Ninja for quite some time and love it. It is easy to use and works very well in most situation on auto.

However, I now have the complete Nik Software package and have been using thier noise software called Define 2.0 and so far it iseems excellent. Very easy to use and the resutls have been great at getting rid of noise while maintaining sharpness. I may end up swithcing to it for my primary noise reduction so you might want to check it out also.
