Hi,
It's been awhile since I wanted to enter a challenge that used basic editing. I know the layers must be used in "normal" mode. Can they be used at less than 100%?

But they can only be adjustment layers, no pixel content allowed.

Thanks, it's for the text box in one of the poster challenges, so it's a stroke layer.

I think so, yes, as long as it is applied to the entire image, so no spot editing, but you can find all the rules here Basic Editing

If its allowed to rotate, its allowed to flip the images, right?
I mean mirrorring the original image (sorry, but i dont trust my english...). Is this allowed on basic editing? |

Yes, you can flip the entire image horizontally (mirror-image). |
