Back in December I was contacted by Canadian composer Jennifer Athena Galatis who had seen one of my carnival pictures on another site.

She asked if she could use it for one of her compositions and I said "yes - of course". We've had a lot of communication since then and now she has created a number of wonderfuld compositions based on my pictures - and I just wanted to share this with you, as I feel very proud that my work has inspired her to create wonderful music.

And you can listen to more of the music here - it's the compositions which have "Carnavale" as part of the name: //www.reverbnation.com/jenniferathenagalatis

And when everything is finished it's going to be released through iTunes :-)

The youtube piece is really nice, Stefan! Music is lovely and haunting and your images really compliment it well. CONGRATULATIONS!!!

...and I will of course go to the carnival again this year full of inspiration from listening to the music I hope :-)

It's from Feb. 13 to 24 - I'll be there from Feb. 19 to 25. :-)

I shall pencil that in on my calendar. I really do want to try to make it this year.
