Whenever you've got 'em, show 'em off here. Open all year round. :)

Here's a random one in my portfolio, to kick it off:

oops, best post this in the right place so I don't upset Karen ;)

ooh, so close yet so far! I did spend a good 36 hours above 5.51 but ended up 0.0693 off target.

Still, I did get the pinhole highest score (for now) and was quite shocked to see the commenters average vote was over a 7! just need 100 comments a challenge lol.

big thanks to Karen for pushing me to try out this rather cool photography method, and, it spurned a new word from posthumous!

This photo is krnodilesque. I love its simplicity and mystery.

By Jupiter, I think she's got it!

Both lovely shots Deb but if I had to choose I think I'd go for the second of the 2 :)

pointandshoot got the newest pinhole high score in a challenge and apparently doesn't want to brag!

does this mean your personal challenge is over, Steve? No more pinhole entries?
12/23/2008 03:02:40 PM · #9

Hey Steve, I'm not bitter you now have the higest lensless scoring shot - am pleased for you my good man! now, its a race for the first 6 score lol.

I think it's also notable that he got a 5.8 for a shot that is *all noise*.

bump for those pinhole-ites that might care...

Thanks Karen, I forgot this thread was here...
Using (a small amount of) deception made it easy to score relatively high on my entry. The difficult goal will be to beat Andi's amazing 14 favorites on a pinhole shot. That is my next personal pinhole challenge.

btw Andi, I would add your shot to my fav list but don't want to make my new goal any more difficult than it already is.

Another from the set I shot in that location. And Andi, the perspective is because I either set the camera on the ground, or I have the Gorillapod on the ground. Low is good. :-)

Oh Deb, you've spoilt it now, there was me thinking you were lying on the pavement for all these shots ;)

LOL! Yeah, right. Can't see a darn thing through the viewfinder anyway. I just point the camera in a general direction and see what I end up with. :-)

lol, so you use the same technique as me then ;) Jesting apart I have found I can compose a pinhole shot quite well and often don't need to crop at all.

I love this shot and was well chuffed it isn't cropped :)

Txs for the comment on it btw Deb :)
