| I realize I am leaving myself wide open with a topic header like that, but I really do need some tasteful ideas for poses for some boudoir ish type photos I will be taking *outdoors* this weekend. Nothing can show it all has to be a tease. So far my client has come up with one involving an umbrella that she would like taken, but just that one photo isn't going to make a good grouping of photos for the slightly naught gift she is planning. I tried googling it, but thats opening a big can of worms for naughtier poses than this woman is willing to try or that I am even willing to photograph. Please offer me some suggestions? Thanks a bunch. |

I did a fire fighter calendar last year with suggestive poses :)
We used lots of props. Umbrella, Firehose covering all the naughty bits, her fire coat (though an overcoat would be great), the Spurs flag (for playoff month), the American flag (4th july). Try a thin robe as well. Leave the front undone, but have her hold it together with her hands. Very suggestive though nothing really shows but legs and cleavage.
The coverings of all types of fabric. (sheers with color, wrap around the body as drapes). A large mens shirt, just plain white, Sitting on the ground facing you, it can fall off one shoulder, her legs crossed and up so that all the bits are covered....
Craziest one we did was using bubble solution to make her sticky, then covering her breasts with confetti. So you don't actually see anything, but man you think you do!
The most important thing isn't what she's wearing, it's how she feels! If she's having fun, they'll be great!
Note: I know the grammer is horrible, but typing as I think and I don't THINK in sentences! |

For some ideas take a look at the work of Rolando Gomez. He has some outdoor stuff that looks good. Be warned, there is nudity in there.

I think that first sentence (in relation to the topic header) is actually more provocative. ;-) But I'll just pass on by without saying anything about it. Good luck on your shoot though! :) |
