This spider was pretty fantastic. Not only was it eating a bee larger than itself, it stayed put long enough for me to see it, run back to the house for my camera, set up my tripod, and get so many pictures I got bored of it. Wow. Now the question is, does anyone know what kind of spider it is? I live in WI, this is from the Wausau area. Any help would be great, and I've already emailed "What's That Bug" to find out.

oooh, and it's camoflaged! I have no idea what kind of spider it is, but I hate bees so GO [nameless] SPIDER!

| Crab spider, they like to hang out on vegetation, especially cone flowers waiting for prey. Check this website out. |

| Great, thank you! It's one of my honey bees, so I was even more curious than I'd normally be about a big yellow spider in my yard.. |
