Your question made me realize I was a week early in pulling the averages, again focusing on the challenge start dates rather than the submission dates. Doh! I should have pulled them this Monday rather than last. Sorry -- I'm working out the kinks as we go along.
So the short answer is, no, I'm not going to update everyone's averages again this Monday. Since I screwed up, however, I will update averages this week for anyone who: (a) sends me a PM by Sunday requesting that I do it; and (b) has completed 20 or fewer challenges. (My reasoning is that the target averages aren't going to change all that much for anyone with more than 20 or so challenges under their belt, and with 119 people in the tourney its just gonna take too much time to update everyone again)
I will update everyone's average again around Monday the 4th, because those averages will reflect any changes from the first round of entries in the tourney. Thanks for the question; hope this works for everyone. |

I don't know if you guys realize this but my average at wrong at DPC. Some kind of bug, I think. It's really 5.40. Trust me. So now that you trust me can you please update my average? Thanks!!!

See there is a bug. My first sentence in that post was worded correctly originally but then I edited it (replaced "is" for another "at") and now it's screwed up. Can someone look into this bug? Me thinks its attached to my fingers. Geesh!

DQ gets bounced here as well, since the score isn't better than yer average. :>( Unless its a silly DQ, then we might decide to handle it differently. :>)

I rechecked your average and you're right, I typed it in wrong. Had you down for a 6.2813, when it should have been a 6.8213. Must have been a spot of dyslexia there. I updated it for you. No need to thank me. Really. :>P |

Good luck! No need to post if you are using the first (or only) challenge you enter during the week. No worries, just using this as a reminder to everyone.
(And to clarify again, the "first" challenge of the week is determined by the submission deadline, not the date you press the "submit" button. So cardboard box is the "first" challenge for everyone this week, should they choose to enter it.) |

If you don't enter the members challenge you don't need to do anything. Rule 3 is just to cover those situations where someone enters more than one challenge in a given week, and I have to figure out which score to use. The "first" entry default is just a convenience, to avoid everyone in that circumstance from having to post to tell me which one to use. |

I would like to announce my first entry for this contest will be the STILL LIFE challenge.. I might not even enter cardboard box yet.. but just in case I do grab a last minute shot for box I wanted to make it as clear as an un-mudded lake that my 1st entry for this tourny will be STILL LIFE.
