Lol! Shannon, don't you have some SC work to do or sumpthin'?

(Actually, keep going, I love it!)

It reminds me of the first time I saw my mom's cousin after he had a foot amputated due to diabetes. I looked him and his wheelchair up and down then said, "You don't look any shorter." He asked what I meant and I answered, "Well, I heard you lost a foot!"

Everyone within hearing froze in shock that I dared say that until he burst out laughing. (Personally, I think he was just glad to have someone who didn't give him pity/sympathy but treated him the same as always.... badly ;) )

Hmmm.... now I wonder just what the hospital did with that foot!

"Test of biodegradable fishnet floats a failure; floats lost after storm"

eta; It's confirmed now; a 6th foot, man's size 10 right foot found at Campbell River by a woman looking for rocks for a craft project.

I wonder if she was making a footstool?

Shannon, care to edit the title to add "make that 6"? :)

And now can we start the comments about being 6 feet under?

Police say they wont be de-feeted as soon as it is decided who will foot the bill for costs on further investigation. When asked about the crime, Sherlock Holmes said "the games a foot. I don't want to dance around the truth even though I usually have two left feet & I don't want to tread on anyones toes but this ones got me stumped but I'm sure we can put our best foot forward & get a shoe in the door."
