Maybe the time is ripe...
'Create a photograph that contains meaning, or impacts the viewer in some way. Photos should be voted on according to guidelines in this tutorial'

| I think this is a very good idea. The tutorial is worth reading for all challenges. I am in if this happens. I think it is long over due, and when the contest is ready to begin, hopefully I will not have a cluttered busy mind!!! |
