thank you but i am very sure it would not last. As soon as it would be compared with other shots it would come down.
My estimate was 5.5 for it, and in the best case 6.1 types.
Lets see.

If "one" has no DQs in the last 25 entries and they followed the editing rules for the challenge in question, then "one" may submit a ticket to the SC for removal.

I hope you're right. Lately all my scores have started out extremely high and then dropped down to low 6's after a few days. If this one drops any further I'm looking at a brown. =/ |

It's not the votes.. it's the actual picture.. What I see on my computer is NOT what I see on another computer.. It looks like I've taken the levels up which is weird considering that I haven't touched them.. Looks horribly pixelated.. I know it's a good picture.. but how am I supposed to make it look like it does to me for other people.. It's getting votes it doesn't deserve |

I observed for this months free study that when I do 'save for web', the color becomes little off. For me the fix was to increase the saturation by 10 and then do this 'save for web', then the entry in photo(without pumped up saturation) and the one after 'save for web' looked pretty similar.
I am not sure about the general cure though.

To anyone who is getting a less than desirable score (like myself) remember this...
Expectations are especially high in this challenge. Be proud of your work and don't let a number get you down.
If you think it rocks, or your loved ones or friends said it rocked, it more than likely DOES rock! Believe them and yourself.
I think I wrote this as much to remind myself...
Me and my 5.7 are off to bed now.

I'm guessing you have "Proof Colors" turned off. Turn it on and you should be fine.

Knew it was too good to last. Had some nice high scores to begin with, now the last 3 have been 5s.

Still voting and very impressed. It will take awhile to get through all of them but I definately think its worth it.
Still not doing great myself but its early so I am hoping for an improvement. But overall I think this will be a high scoring challenge as it should be if its the best of! |

Well, I entered my 99th edit of this photo. I just couldn't get it right! I just KNOW...my 100th would have ribboned...Right?!!!
(Ummmm...okay so I have a healthy fantasy life, and I'm sooooo lucky to have this score right now).
What an intimidating challenge to enter...I'm rather awestruck by all the talent!!
