This is a very cool...FREE service.

I just uploaded a few images and chose from their stock music collection to test how it worked and these three 30 second shorts are what they yielded.

They sync to the music so the key for me is to choose slower tunes otherwise the shots might pass by too fast.

Give it a try and post up the results. Some images don't get handled as well as others so that's something you'll need to test...which they encourage.

They are still claiming to be beta and it looks like they plan to allow you to download, burn to CD, create for iPod, etc. All currently say "coming soon"

I hope they do not do this in echo mode, otherwise google would be acquired twice, same as many of the posts here.

I like both vids, both vids.

The Reilly one is cute, cute.

What I noticed is that ANIMOTO can be quite MTV-ish to soothe the inner-ADD that's in all of us.

Interesting idea... you turn over creative control to a machine and somehow it manages to produce something that's pretty cool. :-)
