Here by the place to post pictures you take this month of, well, windows. Why? Team Suckers have discovered that the "30 Days" side challenges are great ways to get feedback, improve skills in shooting, processing, and commenting, and generally just a lot more fun than, say, challenges. Hence the idea of a place to post Team Suck pics on some sort of monthly theme. No rules, 'cept the pics should be taken in the month of the Adventure. And no, you needn't be a Sucker. All are welcome to participate at whatever level you can support. I would personally ask that if you get comments, you give some, too.

So go shoot some windows! (I suspect Jeb will be by shortly with a few of his, and Don has a couple keepers as well.)

Nice timing as I was just out shooting windows yesterday in attempt to put together a themed collection of shots for someone.

Here's a couple (ugly black blob a quick way to hide my signature):

Hi all! I'm going to go against the grain right outta the gate simply because I still like this shot even though it's from the early days. There are some things I would definitely do differently now.....and I might just see what I can do with the original, but I'm curious as to the what y'all think of it as I put it up in a challenge last October. It was the 4th challenge I entered and it stayed on my profile page for quite a while. It took nine more challenges to take it off the front page. I will have to see if I can go back and get a fresh perspective on it. On the way to lunch with the grandparents, I saw a terrific possibility, but I had neither time, nor my camera. I'm hoping that the angle is right to get the sunset in the shot later. Anyway.......here's my oldie but goodie, and I think the one that probably set it in my head that I like old windows.

It's a light in the cellar where I have a little woodworking bench and things.

Okay....second go 'round. This is across the street from the mansion that had the window with the trumpetvine. I have the smaller shot 'cause I like the way that the mason dated his work.

Day 3 Window for Team Suck
Same abandoned house ... new window.
I've already processed a couple so the PP is already done. I'll try some with less PP in the near future.
