In the wilderness a phone is heard ringing....
Lion: hello
caller: "snicker" umm, is this the king of the jungle? "snicker"
lion: yes it is, can I help you?
caller: YOU'VE BEEN DE-THRONED! (water buffalo (herd) heard laughing in the background...HA HA HA)
click....
I was half expecting one of the lions to end up in the water and a meal for you know who.

Not much use in trying to out run it either... best bet is to remain very quiet, stay downwind and hope the bear doesn't see or smell you.
Probably the most important factor to be considered in this instance is the presence of the cubs... it could very well be that things might have been different had they not been there.

| you know, it took me a day before I caved in and checked it out. The way it was worded from the OP and the short responses, I thought it was a joke where you make people watch nothing for 20 min to see if they would do it. LoL But I caved and all the comments are spot. Intense!! |
