Jeb, HOW in the WORLD did you manage to shoehorn in selective desat? It could be anything, so long as most of it was grayscale and some of it was in color. *shakes his head in awe*

Anyway, I'm sitting at 5.5, which is just about what I figured. I might've voted it a 6 myself, but that's about as high as I'd go.

some great scores and covers in DPL! well done, everyone.

i'm back for the first long weekend of the summer - victoria day. and - it rained. and rained. and rained. and rained. the leaves aren't even out on the trees yet. looking through the cottage log books, and lupins are mentioned frequently in past mays. green grass is exciting at the moment. my god, when will we get spring?

Well, considering this (desat) is about like a FS I'm pretty happy with my 5.70 and 1 comment.

Oh my god, I retract whatever whinging I did about my desat score. It's on 4.9 again, but someone just gave me a 7 and mistook me for

Btw, lesson from tonight's photoshoot:
Swans don't like fire. When they see fire, they run away very quickly. On the other hand, if you're far away from fire and just peacefully taking pictures, they come up behind you and hiss in threatening ways.

Morale: swans are annoying creatures that never do what you want them to. Unless you feed them. Take bread if you want them to pose for you. Though whether they run away from fire or not then might depend on how hungry they are.

Xion's album cover is fantastic. I couldn't agree more. And Jeffrey - you are right that Mr. Pants is a PS master. His entry in the disappearing challenge was brilliant. And his album cover was certainly creative, LOL.

I am still commenting, in between Doctors visits and chest infection, and now I also have all these red spots, appearing all over my body.What else can go wrong.....

Hi Shez - I know that when my kids had an infection, that sometimes it would leave the body this way, in the form of those spots. I hope this is what you have going on now. Keep strong!

I just went through the worst poison ivy attack of my life (still healing actually, a month later). Ended up on 2 weeks of steroids, massive and multiple antihistamines, and valium to help me sleep. So when I say I sympathize with red marks on your body, trust me, I mean it! :) Hope you heal quickly!

On another note, did anyone else notice how close Venus was to the moon over the weekend? Got a shot of it. I also got another shot of tents lit by flashlight under the trees and moon, but it's going to take some editing before I post it.

So that WAS Venus...yes I saw it from bf's place, it looked great...

DPL was a blast to do, must go read Don's comments on them! :-) I gave lots of 7s and 8s, but only one 10 and that was to the incredibly funny Dirty Panty Lickers shot. Too frickin funny.

And desat is around 4.8, no comments yet. Got username in, not the best technical shot I've taken but oh well, I think people will be voting more on creativity..I hope!

Oh yeah...bottling my nettle beer today...and I did say I'd dye my hair Sens red for the playoffs so I'd better get cracking on that...maybe I can just streak it a bit instead...
