so anyone finding any improvements which may make the upgrade worthwhile?

I saw a demo of it compiling pictures for panoramas and HDR images that was amazing. Lined them up and even adjusted lighting to make them match- and even chose parts of the photos to use to blend. They were taken with a wide angle P&S camera to make it more difficult.

You can import jpegs into the RAW converter.
The way the windows/tabs line up is much nicer with the ability to hide them easily and stuff.

They were the main things I noticed in the trial. It kept crashing my computer a lot though (Vista RC1) with some kind of display driver stopped responding message.

I really liked the improvements on brighten/contrast, the b&w converter, and some of the enhanced controls on curves. Mainly I got used to the differences with the trial and now am working again with CS2 until my stock sales cover the upgrage.
