I know this is not really pertaining to photography, but surely I can find some outdoors people on this site. Can anyone tell me whether either of these plants is poison oak or ivy?

Edit to add two more views of the most likely suspect

I would say the second is most certainly poison oak (least it looks like the patch I fell into)...I don't think the first is, Not sure at all about the third, but I don't think any of them are poison ivy.

I believe that to be a negative, on all 3. Remember, ivy is a vine and will usually climb anything around it. This is poison ivy:

Brielle, the first and second pictures are the same plant. The second gives a closer look a the leaves. This plant is rampant in my flower bed this spring. There is just a little of the third. I got into something last summer, and now I'm wanting to be sure of what this is before I start pulling it out.

I do have to agree with Idnic though...the poison Oak round here looks like that but it climbs up trees.

The first/second is neither poison ivy nor poison oak. The third could be poison oak. Compare with

I'll second that the first and second shots are neither poison oak nor poison ivy. The third, I'm not sure enough about so I'd post that as a maybe.

1 and 2 look like celery leaves to me. But several flowers have similar leaf patterns. #3 looks like sprouting baby oak trees, So it could be poison oak. I haven't had much experience with poison oak. None of them are poison Ivy, as stated by Cindi.
Cindi's pic is definately poison Ivy! My oldest is severely allergic to it. We found out the hard way that it can 'rain' down its oils from the tops of the trees. Its even poisonous when dried and dead.
There is a little rhyme that we are taught as kids.

I remembered that quote; that's why I was wondering if these were the culprit from my outbreak last year.

The first two look like a type of cinquefoil. The last one looks a bit like a type of English ivy, but has three leaves on one stem (quite poison ivy like), not sure. Van
