I'm new to this site and am really eager to vote for each and every shot that I see, as well as provide some kind of feedback for the photographer. The problem is that I live in the countryside and unfortunately there is no broadband in my area, so I'm connecting to the old interweb via a 56k connection!! For this reason I'm probably not going to be able to vote for every submission - unless I phone in sick to work and stay at home all day and vote!

Anyway, if your submission shows less than full votes then I'm one of the people to blame.

ps - to try and balance things up I've tried to hit the middle ground and vote for those that I really liked, kind of liked and didnt like (if that makes any sense).

Hi danrm. Don't worry about voting on everything, I think there are quite a few people who don't. As long as you vote on 20%, your votes will count. With the increasing number of submissions, it's hard to get to every photo even with cable!
