| If the deadline is 02/28/2002 - is that Greenwhich Mean Time, Pacific Standard Time, Eastern Standard Time? |

Let's be clear on this -- US Eastern Standard Time?
Or Australian Eastern Standard Time? I'm sure other countries have Eastern Standard
Time of some form, but I assume it's the former. |
