Here are the ones I thought were the best. Amazingly enough they were all real life stop motion captures. Go figure.

Scored=10

Scored-9

Scored=9

Score=8

There were several others I scored an 8 but Skip's was by far the best of that group.

What's your favorites?

Poetic with a sense of the sublime. Beautiful while asking a question at the same time. Smooth post-processing.

Yeah that one was pretty cool. I don't think I've ever seen wings so translucent before.

This was my favorite. I'm sorely disappointed that it ended up where it did.

Granted, that background puncher is flat out comical. But that just adds to the scene.

I felt the same for the background puncher as well.
He needs to really put more effort into his acting/modelling, lol

Well I really liked the 'fight club' entry. Certainly deserved a better placing IMO. Can't complain about the top 3 as they got my highest vostes. (Shame they pushed me out of the Ribbons :-( )

SJ Carter's

It's one thing to get ONE hummingbird in a shot and stop action but three is AMAZING! Way underrated!

I love this! I have seen a similar shot in another challenge. There was even a thread about it, where the photographer explained how it was done. I can't find the image!! I wanna compare and ask De Sousa if a similar technique was used.

Does this "fish out of water" look familiar to anyone?

This was done before and I believe the fish was a print placed behind the bowl and then the splash was taken. Could be wrong on this one, but great shot however it was done.

Here it is. Love the colors in the new one. I need to try this sometime.
