With football season almost here now is the time for the Fantasy Leauges to form. I created a leauge on yahoo for the DPchallenge folks.
If you want to joing click:
http://football.fantasysports.yahoo.com/f1
then login to yahoo.
Click join an exsisting leauge, and then click join custom.
Enter the leauge id of:
id: 241829
password: pigskin
It will be a live draft leauge drafting players on the 27th of August 7:00 PM mountian time (9:00 east coast- 6:00 west coast). Hope to see you there. We are using standard yahoo rules.

I am in. I do one pay league with friends in CBS Sportsline. But I always like to do one free league and that is usually yahoo. So this works out great. I will signup today...
By the way, as a fellow Coloradoan (not native), I will regret to inform you I despise the Broncos. My team just happens to be the best of course: The Colts. So it will be fun. Let the trash slinging begin!

I know...I used to have a boyfriend that played for the Birmingham Bulls in the UK. I used to watch him play at all the USAF bases. I became addicted to the game;)

BTW 16 teams 8 make the playoffs weeks 15. 16. 17
...unless there are fewer than 16 teams if so we might bump down to 4 making the playoffs.

I usually use espn. it costs $100 per league but is pretty cool. I use yahoo for my fantasy baseball and it is alright, just alot of adds and such. in the end it doesn't matter which site we use, the Warlords conquer all regardless!!!!!! |

Yeah it is random. The commish can decide on the order if they want, but if boomtap is pick number 1 we'll just overthrow him :).
The order is determined at the draft time. When you load up the Java applet is the first time you will be able to see your pick number. |

A few places left. 4 I think. Then we will have a full 16. Nice big leauge, should be lots of fun. The trash talking has already begun. Lots of chiefs fans/anti-fans out there.
My prediction:
Bronco's 70 Chief's 0 by half time the first time they play this year, then they will game plan better for the re-match and it will be a closer 84-0 after 4.
And yes if it were Coach Shanahan vs. the entire Chief's squad, I would pick Coach Shanahan by 3 pts. |
