I made a video of shots I took all around Long Island.
Let me know what you think... I do not know how long
I can keep it online but here goes.

P.S. You may need to download media player 9 or higher
if you have a problem.

Very nice! I thought I'd toss a few comments in since I really enjoy making these and viewing them from other folks.

First, you had asked about burning it to DVD. There is a plug-in you can buy for something like $20 to enable DVD burning. I bought it, and it works great.

I really like the photography -- super shots in there! If you don't mind a couple criticisms... one thing that struck me was that some of the transitions seemed to go from really slow, to quite fast, and back to really slow to me. Some of them just felt a little awkward that way.

My other comment is that after viewing it, I'm not sure what you're trying to convey with the whole show. It almost seems like this could be nicely split up into several shorter movies. For example, a slide show of nature scenes... one of lighthouses and the sea... city scapes... and so on. For me it seems to jump around quite a bit, from season to season, urban to rural, etc.

Anyway... it was enjoyable to watch! I may rewind it, so to speak, and give 'er another view :)

I loved how your transissions went with the music! Also the way it zoomed from side to side like with the starry night that was horizontal along with the land that was great. I was fascinated with the way it went outwards along the tracks or road. A perfect song for this with a supurb piano arrangement. As the photo was displayed, the song was playing with the lyrics right on time to New York. Around the end the slow speed of the photos changing was right in time to the music and then it kept the beat as it changed to the final grand final end. What a nice tribute and well sentiment for memories to cherish. Thank you for sharing your awesome, beautiful, stunning, photography of all the beach scenes, sunsets, swans, trains, ships, lighthouses, and cityscapes. I really enjoyed it and so did my family.
