Go Steelers! :) I can't believe they actually rang the churchbells in our neighborhood when they won. LOL. As I was told when I moved here ... Pittsburgh is a drinking city with a football problem :)

It woulld have been interesting to see what would have happened if Seattle's first touchdown wasn't disallowed, and if they weren't briefly calling 99 yards to the field. Last time I heard you had to be in the endzone to score touchdowns, no?

For such an important game, I was surprised at how poorly the officiating was done.

I don't care for either team, but I hate seeing a game won or lost by bad calls.

well...i'm impartial, being a canadian. thanks for the mature response, though.

Wow...searching for something to pin the loss on! I'd say the game was pretty fair...the better team won!

i'm not a fan of either but you are exactly right..that was no touchdown, and the seahawks shouldve had that other touchdown those refs were paid!

Of course you would say that...

Like I said, I don't really care who won. The only 2 teams I care for were not in this Superbowl. I was just apalled at the quality of the officiating during the game. Especially on some key plays. Just seemed like the officials didn't have their heads in the game.

Well the refs are consistently bad so dare I say things even out? Ok, maybe not really but it's not like the Steelers weren't getting screwed in the Colts game. Hell, the refs have been worse in these playoffs than normal. I think it's time the NFL invest in better refs and pay them accordingly.

I didn't watch the game...I just know that whoever won killed Grandpa....

The steelers have caught their share of bad calls this season, both regular season and post-season -- it happens.

Although I think Roethlisberger's touchdown should have stood -- you need IRREFUTABLE (spelling?) evidence upon review to overturn the play -- his arm was blcoking the ball and it quite possibly did cross the goal line.

Anyway, we were getting held on defense a lot -- and it was called once...maybe twice...

I hate people that just cry about the officiating.

What a f'ing game! That was amazing and finished my 4 week long steelers party pic DVD - or atleast I got the last week of pics - DVD to follow once I've had some sleep!!

No one is crying...all the people who have said anything said they didn't really care who one the game just noticed the bad calls that's all. I am one of the ones who could really care less about any sport really...unless I'm at the game, and then it's pretty cool.

Other than the refs there were some great moments
