I just got a letter through the post from Jones' Soda. I submitted a few shots to them 2 or 3 years ago and had totally forgotten until today. The letter said CONGRATULATIONS and they are using my photo on some of their bottles. We don't get Jones' Soda in the UK so I'll never get to see it, but they did send me a load of free labels, hehe :)
They used the following photo on their flavour "Love Potion #6", whatever flavour that is!? I think it's a special valentines edition?
Could any DPCers in America keep an eye out for my photo on a real bottle, and take a photo of them? Or perhaps even buy a couple of bottle and I'll pay you to ship them to me? That would be excellent! :) From their website it looks like it might only be available online to the USA, but I dunno how it all works :P

AWESOME!!!! even cooler they sent you a letter ... they carry Jones Soda around here too i'll keep my eyes peeled ... I found on their site about 6 months after that they sued 2 of my photos - back in 2003 .. but never got a letter ...
looks like a special edition!! I have a World Market store here in Orlando, FL - they usually carry the Limited Edition flavors for Jones Soda! :)

Freakin sweet...
I've been drinking Jones since before they got popular. I used to drive an hour and a half to buy one every once in awhile... That was back in the day, a few years ago though.
I'll keep an eye out for ya....

I thought I recognized that pop (Jones soda). I checked online to see if it was the same one I was thinking of. We get that here in Panama City too!! I'll keep an eye out for it as well.
Did they give you any information as to whether it will be in stores or a novelty item? I went to their website, Jones Sode Website, and saw an older valentine item (I'm assuming older).
I'm so excited for you!

They just said basically that it has been chosen to be used, and sent me some example labels :) I think it will be part of this years Velentine box, since the flavour seems to match - unless they always sell that flavour anyway? :)

OMG!!! AYME!! I have your Jones bottles!! I have 2 of the Pins and 3 of the Clown. My husband was suposed to mail them out, then was in a car accident, and the car was totaled and never thought to look through the mess for them since I thought he mailed them. I found them the other day, and looked and they are all still fine. If you can send me your address again, I can mail them out to you! Did you ever get the actual bottles?

You know, I bet the company would send at least one or two if you asked -- especially if you tell them it would be a special Valentines Day gift for your girlfriend! |

If I remember correctly, you can order Jones by the case on their website. You can even mix and match flavors. Not sure what the shipping would be like to the UK... |
