Any comments on this shot and how to make it better.

I would perhaps move closer and remove the clutter from in front of and even behind the subject, isolating the flower and the frog. This would obviously require reshooting.

With this image itself, you can crop in closer so that the main focal point of the image is more clear and obvious to see.

I'm guessing the frog isn't still there. :)

Using the left bottom rule of thirds intersection point for centering the frog might make a very nice little crop. There is plenty excess that can be removed and the frog is then highlighted as the main subject better.

Very nice! I agree with the others--it would be nice to see the frog at one of the thirds intersections rather than the center.
