After a disappointing score in the challenge I thought I would post my best outtake. I wish I would have watched the movie again before the photo shoot. If I had I would have gotten a shot of me doing a cartwheel with one of the guns. :o) Anyway, how do you guys like this one?

Enter the Matrix

hey don;t be sorry.. I want honest critiques around here... I never get offended at anything people say.. no matter how bad it is... if the shot sucks it sucks.. no problem... I think this shot should have had an all white background and the tips should not have been cut off... but didn't see that till you said what you said... lol thanks for being honest.. everyone should try it... don;t worry about offending.. be honest yet kind and maybe more of the bad shots will get comments...

I'm not sure I can nail exactly why, but Chris is right, the feel is more Terminator than Matrix. I think partly it's the pose. I'm not a total Matrix nut so I may be off, but I think most of the more dramatic moments in the movie have Keanu with more of a forward, downward tilt of his head, eyes looking up from under his brow, with the guns lower and/or pointing down. Arnold affects the more stand straight, head up, guns pointed upward stance.

Beyond that, on the technical side, you mentioned the composition - needs more room around the edges. And the white background needs to be whiter and cleaner - I see some wrinkles or creases and reflections and it's kinda splotchy.

And... you never answered the question in the comments: Where'd you get all those guns? Are you a collector?

thanks for the comments... point taken.. :o) as for the guns, only two of them are mine... the others belong to my friend who is a collector and a police officer.
