That's not a sink of mayo, it's two quarts of mayo: Happy quarto de mayo! (We celebrated early at Anejo in Falmouth, 40 miles away, since we had to be down there anyway. Best Mexican on the Cape...

we had light because that is what my wife bought for a big bbq we had

Ever make your own? That's what I do now. Nothing in it but an egg, avocado oil, lemon juice, and sometimes a bit of Dijon mustard. It mixes up in 15 seconds or so. Delicious :-)

I hate commercial mayo, and thought all mayo tasted like that. It bears NO resemblance to the divine home made stuff!
