I wouldn't be upset. They credited you and are not selling your image in any way. It would of been polite of them to contact you perhaps but no big deal.

+1 -- it would have been nice to ask, but I don't know that it's really necessary. Might as well be flattered. :)

Yeah, I'm pretty sure most of us have photos being used by others that we are not even aware of.

If you are a flickr pro (paying member) you can sometimes see how people arrived at your images. You can see what keywords they used for their Google Image Search, and you can tell from their wording, that they didn't just want to look at a picture of Derek Jeter, they wanted something specific about him to use. "Derek Jeter swinging bat" for instance.

Some of it might be just people wanting to look at the pictures, but I bet most are using them for something. Maybe just a kid doing a school report on Derek Jeter, but probably more than that.

We can't tell you how to feel. :)

But if it upsets you, file a copyright complaint to YouTube. I think it's a pretty straight forward process.

How'd you find it?

How did you manage to find your photo there?

I enjoy making YouTube videos for fun, so I'd contact them and ask if I could download some of their music somewhere to use some of my videos. Sometimes it's hard for me to find sound tracks.

Anyhow, it wouldn't annoy me, and I'm easily annoyed and generally grumpy.

It certainly should annoy you!

That's an awesome video...love the music....I'd be thrilled to be included!

Well, it is nice to get the credit for your work, but rude to take it without asking. You could ask for payment. As to Skippy's question about how it was discovered, simply googling your name should have brought up the link since the credit was given.
