Well it's now 8:25 am EST and apart from the heavy snowfall we got here, all is safe and relatively sane at Chateau  snaffles. Got some Xmas shopping done, brought in firewood and cursed the bf for hiding my snow shovel, and the snowplow guy for never turning up. Cooked up some chicken with a KFC-ish mix on it, only baked, not fried, and read a book on King Tut. Otherwise, pretty ho-hum.
So how was your End of the World day? Did you prep in case things did go AWOL? If so, how? If not, did you just get up and go about your everyday lives? |
