Great work, I'm a fellow yoyo'er with my weight few years ago I dropped 63kg through eating better and excercise and being in love with a girl, she broke my heart I' put most it back on. Finding it hard nowadays working 60+ hours a week half the time single dad to loose it again.

Great inspiration though

Thanks Giles. I understand completely. It's frustrating to go through the effort of losing all that weight only to gain it back. Most people don't understand how that can happen. I know from experience that it is not by choice.

I felt like I really didn't have control having done that several times. I hope with the procedure I had done that I have the means to keep the weight off.

Good luck to you!

That's great!
At first read of the thread title, my though was that you had gotten divorced LOL.
I hope you can stay on track. Breaking the munching habit is a tough thing to do.

Awesome!!! You must be feeling just GREAT! And I see you have gone lighter on your camera too. I meant your switch to OM-D E-M5. :)

Congratulations again! It is a REAL achievement.

Awesome job mate. Now you can carry all that heavy glass around on the hikes :) 500mm prime, a 70-200 and 24-70 2.8 and a tilt shift and a 180mm macro and a tilt shift ehe :) Keep it up. I know how tough it is to quit a habit.
