I don't even like JD's product, but damn if I don't admire their business sense.

Check out this story - they may have sent the nicest legal letter I've ever seen. I think this is probably a little too over-the-top polite, but I'm sure they knew this would get out there, and wanted the publicity. So, good for them on that score, and they still managed to set the guy straight and get the job done, which is, after all, the important part of the whole thing anyway.

Talk about giving someone else the benefit of the doubt... thinking the best about someone and giving them a chance to make right. That's great.

Hmmm, instead of assuming the worst, maybe we could start thinking that way around here :)

I'm not a real fan of the product either... but that letter says "class act." Gotta give them props for doing it right.
